Ski School

Norway Mountain has the largest number of certified ski instructors in the UP and Northern Wisconsin. We have the ability to teach all levels of skiing, including moguls and steeps, we can get you ready for your western trip.

Sign up for special upper level lessons on your shaped skis. Get off the flat skis, and on the edges, let the ski do the work.

We also have 4 certified snowboard instructors, to increase your boarding skills.

2 hour private lessons from a level III instructor, are just $50, call for reservations.(required) Ask for a western prep lesson from Roger, Becky, Scott, Bob, or Ted. All of these people have had extensive western experience, and Ted, Bob, and Roger have taught in various western areas.

Skiter Tots Program (Ages 5-9)

Skiter Tots is Norway Mountain's instruction program for kids ages 5-8. Skiter Tots makes it easy for the whole family to have fun together on the slopes. Skiter Tots will boost your child's confidence, skills and they'll have a great time learning. Norway Mountain features a special enclosed Skiter Tots room located on the lower level of the lodge and a separate enclosed ski learning zone at the top of Idun Trail in the beginner area.

First Time - Advanced Skiers and Boarders

Norway Mountain Ski School offers group, personal and specialized instruction for skiers and snowboarder of all levels and ages. Our instructors have the experience to identify and help you improve your skills. Norway's staff can help make your skiing experience more enjoyable.
